Waited for 3.5 hours in Charlotte NC yesterday to get a tow truck from Cingular Roadside, and still ended up calling another towing company on my own because Cingular never sent anyone. This was after 3 or 4 confirmation calls on my part that someone was indeed coming.

I just happened to look at my credit report today, and there was an inquiry from Cingular in June. I am not a Cingular customer, nor have I recently applied for Cingular service. Why would they do this? Just curious.
