I'm fairly new to cellphones and Cingular.  I bought a Motorola V400 from
them about a month ago, and have enjoyed using it.
Something "odd" happened this week.  In my office where I had been getting
very good signal--5 bars on my phone--I now consistently get 2 or fewer, and

Why can I not send pictures to my mom's cell phone.  I have a $2.99

I have a Motorola V400 and the "end" key has quit working. I have been a
Cingular customer since 6/2004 and I didn't buy the phone insurance.
I plan on stopping at my local Cingular store tomorrow. Am I in for a fight
