Are you all mostly saying that it would be neat to have a RAZR V3, but its
too expensive and maybe a bit too aristocratic, therefore, the V551 is a
better choice based on cost and features?

I'm an AT&T TMDA customer and am considering a migration to a Cingular GSM
plan. I am long out of contract, can supply my own compatible unlocked GSM
phone, and am not looking for a new contract committment. Does Cingular
allow migration from AT&T to a month-to-month Cingular plan?

Will the Motorola V551 work on ATT wireless business plan?
What feature do I have to ask them on the plan just data?

How can I set a 30 second delay before the call will be forwarded to VM?  As of
now I only get about 19-20 seconds before the call is automatically forwarded
