Just got 3 V551's with BestBuy. (They have sale with 2 for $50)
They all have 32K sims.
I thought I read that they 551s should have 64K SIMs.
Will this be a problem in North Carolina?

I have just purchased a Motorola V551 and I own an iPAQ 4355.
I plan on pairing these devices via Bluetooth for occasional Internet
access via the iPAQ.

How does Cingular determine what rate will apply when a call is started at
say 8:55 and goes over 9:00?  I am pretty sure when I had Verizon they would
bill 5 minutes as anytime and then whatever was after 9 would then go

When someone sends me a text message via email
(1234567891@mobile.mycingular.com) that is longer than the limit.. I am
receiving multiple messages on my cell phone.

I got the V551 and Cingular service today, from my local Cingular
dealer. I put my T-Mobile SIM card into it and it worked fine!  The
phone found T-Mobile network and I made couple calls, no problem.
Is V551 actually unlocked, or what?

I have a new phone with new Cingular service on order at Amazon.com.
The phone will not be delivered before my current Verizon billing
date.  I want to cancel the Verizon service before I get the Cingular
phone.  Can I still port over a phone number from Verizon to Cingular

I've never used a phone to access the net.  The Cingular basic rate
plan for .5 MB is $2.99 a month.  Does that mean a phone can
downloaded up to .5 MB of data for that price?  If so, that seems very
expensive and .5 MB is about 5 minutes of normal internet browsing.
