I have a Nokia 3650 phone that I would like to use on the Cingular
system  in the North Texas area.  There are conflicting reports about
the compatibility of this phone with their network.

a friend mine just got off the phone with CS concerning text messaging
....they told him to get it to work he would have to put a +1 in front of
the number to get it to work.....anyone ever heard of such,by the way he has

they gave me, but i really don't like it much. can i buy my own new gsm

I travel through the Alcan highway frequently from 'Mainland' Alaska to
Haines, however to get there by land you have to drive through

This is actually an issue I have with AT&T but I expect the same thing
applies to Cingular.
I recently downloaded 2 pictures for wallpaper and a few ring tones to my
