Anyone know how fast the wireless data cards for cingular are? Any of them

What is the incoming cost/minute, if any, when you receive a call from
Europe?  Does it just use your minutes, or?  Does it vary by plan?
What about during the time when you have free minutes?  I will have
the 450 minute national plan.

I keep seeing posts about unlocked phones.  We are expecting delivery
on a new, Cingular V551 phone in the next few days.  How can I tell if
