Can anybody tell me how I would be limited internationally by using a
tri band 850/900/1900 GSM phone as opposed to using a quad band GSM
phone?   Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

Backordered Cingular Phone15 Apr 2005 04:50 GMT1
I ordered a 29.95 Cingular Go phone from the Cingular site. Cingular took
$95 from my credit card and I founf out the phone was on back order and
Cingular has no idea when they will get it. I think they would not take any
funds out until item was shipped, that is what most good ...

international calling14 Apr 2005 04:47 GMT12
I am new to Cingular so when I put in a request for international
calling permission, planning a trip to Europe this June, I was told to
try again in a month or two because I was not a customer long enough.
My question is, does this apply to making international calls from my

Getting (or got) a new phone?  You MUST read this....12 Apr 2005 13:08 GMT28
I have been a Cingular customer for many years, and I got a new phone a few
months ago.  I've received two bills since the new phone, and just received
a third.  It was immediately obvious to me that the subtotal in the base
services section was much higher than the sum of the ...

More on "Send Fax from Bluetooth-Enabled Laptop with V551" [on Cingular]10 Apr 2005 17:23 GMT2
Having just discovered the Cingular group, I thought a little cross-posting
might be in order, since I can't tell how much of my question has to do with
the Motorola phone, the Cingular service, the HP laptop, or WinXP.

Insuring Treos when Cingular won't08 Apr 2005 05:49 GMT11
The Cingular rep we're dealing with advises they don't insure data device (i.e.,
the Treo 650s we're considering getting).  I'm a little surprised, as SprintPCS
has never quibbled about this (and we're buying all out new hardware form
Cingular).

V551 & USB07 Apr 2005 02:44 GMT3
I have seen many references in this group to connecting a V551 to a computer
via USB cable.  I can't see anywhere on the phone to plug it in nor can I
find any reference to a USB cable in the manual.  Am I missing something?
