I tried to get a new MPx 220 from my Cingular dealer and they said that
they've discontinued the unit until there is an updated Firmware...
Any news on this?

On 2/26/05 Friday at 2pm my wife and I got a family plan with cingular. The
plan was 79.99 with a total of 3 phones. The 2 other lines were to be 9.99
each. Well after trying to use the phones at home and at work we found out,
despite what the sales folks at the store said, that ...

Is this just a characteristic of this phone? I have seen several post
regarding it, and mine does it too from time to time...usually when i
have a weak signal and am on a call.

Have a V551 Cingular Orange. What do you do to know if the phone is
locked or not?

I stumbled across this cache while hunting for Cingular coverage maps.
It looks to be current and archived maps of the whole US.  Sorry if

I have a friend who is a Cingular customer and she says that when I
call her from my BellSouth landline, it frequently shows up as no
number on her CID.  I do not have CID blocking service activated, nor
have I ever called her using per call CID blocking.  The problem is,

What's the difference between cingular wireless and Cingular?
I actually have an att sim but my phone said  Cingular.
Later that day it said Cingular wireless.
Am I wrong to think that I had the best reception on "Cingular"?(It now says

I can not get one here (Toledo, oh)! In the cingular store, formerly ATT
they only carry go phone. Can I get a sim card somewhere else or online. I
only need the sim, I have my own phone. I need it primarily to use the

1) Create Shortcut ... first shortcut created appears as #2.
2) Create second shortcut ... appears as #3, and sometimes appears as #3 two
