How can I block a number from coming through on my phone (Motorola

Recently, I upgraded to MacOS X 10.4.1 (Tiger) and ran an initial sync with

The phone is not charging the battery.
It is not the battery. I have a 2nd phone, and moving the battery needing
charging to the 2nd phone will charge the battery. Moving the charged
battery to the bad phone will still not allow for charging.

I just bought a used phone and it asked me to "Contact Services Provider".
