I've been a loyal Cingular customer for over 15 years. I had a problem with a phone and got the run around of the century. One "Manager" in customer service said "our managers are not readily available to resolve customer service problems"........

I purchased an unlocked GSM Treo 650 not long ago to use with my Cingular account. One of the reasons I switched from Sony-E P900 to Treo 650 was because of Edge, and I immediately noticed a difference - though not THAT impressive at all.

I'm a current Sprint PCS customer, getting 300 minutes/8pm nights and unlimited nights/weekends for $30/month. If I am switching, is cingular at all likely to negotiate the addition of the unlimited weekends to their $30 plan, or an 8pm start to nights?
