Think twice before renewing with Cingular!!!!14 Jun 2005 06:05 GMT3
I've been a loyal Cingular customer for over 15 years.
I had a problem with a phone and got the run around of the century.
One "Manager" in customer service said "our managers are not readily
available to resolve customer service problems"........

Edge, Yes or No12 Jun 2005 18:05 GMT2
I purchased an unlocked GSM Treo 650 not long ago to use with my Cingular
account. One of the reasons I switched from Sony-E P900 to Treo 650 was
because of Edge, and I immediately noticed a difference - though not THAT
impressive at all.
Cingular - likely to negotiate terms on a new contract?12 Jun 2005 16:43 GMT7
I'm a current Sprint PCS customer, getting 300 minutes/8pm nights and
unlimited nights/weekends for $30/month. If I am switching, is cingular at
all likely to negotiate the addition of the unlimited weekends to their $30
plan, or an 8pm start to nights?

Thanks. I have signed up with Beyond Wireless. Unfortunately, the AT&T TDMA
reception is poor in my area. My phones are Nokia 5165 and Motorola
V60t. Should I try another phone such as Nokia 8260?

Hi Knowledgeable people,
