Getting pictures out of a RAZR10 Jun 2005 23:39 GMT1
I have users who want RAZRs.  I don't want to get my office paying for mmode
data charges, and the RAZR does not have a SD/MMC slot for easy data transfer.
How will they get pictures from this cameraphone out of the phone and onto their
desktops?  Is the Moto MOBILE PHONE TOOLS ...
Voice Phones for AT&T TDMA10 Jun 2005 13:52 GMT3
Any recommendations in terms of reception and reliability? Size is not an
issue.
Thanks.
Bought my phone, do I have to tell Cingular?10 Jun 2005 09:46 GMT9
I decided to just go and buy my own phone and not go through Cingular...
It's working fine now...  The only thing is that the person whom I bought
the phone from told me I had to call Cingular and give them a number on the
box (also inside the phone), some type of serial number...  ...
Why Did The Cingular Rep Upgrade My SIM?10 Jun 2005 01:17 GMT10
Sorry, I guess I haven't kept up with the latest fashion trends :). I
upgraded my phone today (to a Seimens SX66) in a Cingular store. The
rep deactivated my old SIM and gave me a new 64K unit. He said I
needed it in order to access both Cingular and (former) AT&T cell
A good article on nation wide coverage; suggesting it ain't always what you think.10 Jun 2005 00:29 GMT4
And this article does imply that they think that sprint and verizon lead the
pack.  But of course it "depends.  Also below is an expanded carrier chart,
almost as good as mountain wireless: dr.

Feedback from Speakers09 Jun 2005 20:08 GMT3
I have a brand new Motorola RAZR V3 with Cingular service.  What I am
noticing is that I am unable to use this phone in the same room as my
computer because I get feedback from my speakers.  It sounds like
buzzing in pseudo-Morse code (it is not a solid buzz).  This only
Changing plans right after new contract09 Jun 2005 19:10 GMT9
I've done this in the past but it's been a while, so I'm wondering if
anyone has done it recently.
I'm a very low minutes user, currently on a $9.99/mo plan, and I'm not
on contract.  I still have an old TDMA Startac :).  Well, my phone is
Text Messaging09 Jun 2005 11:40 GMT3
I am a former AT&T customer and I have my e-mails forwarded to my phone.
With AT&T the incoming text messages were free.  I do not believe this is
the same on cingular, right?
TIA
Need help becoming a Cingular agent; but I can help you with any verizon questions09 Jun 2005 07:41 GMT11
Hello, I have tried all the 800 numbers to no joy.  Like VZW, there is an
art to finding the right person/place.  If you can help me with a number to
a live person about Cingular Indirect Sales, that would be great.  We would
like to move our retail locations from VZW to Cingular ...
contract expiring09 Jun 2005 04:01 GMT7
My contract is coming to an end here pretty soon, and I would like
advice on the best way to proceed. I've currently got a nice Nokia 6230.
I'd like to get a new phone simply because i want one that connects to
the bluetooth in my bmw and that will sync with iSync on my powerbook ...
Emergency Only?08 Jun 2005 23:57 GMT4
I have a couple of LG L1400 cell phones for my family plan.  Quite often I
get the message "Emergeny Only" on the display when I try to dial.  I've
exchanged phones and SIM cards, but still have the problem.  If I remove the
sim card and install it into a different brand but ...
Switching to Family Plan08 Jun 2005 12:09 GMT1
I might setup two or three phones with Cingular, seperately.  Can I go back
a month or so later and move those 2-3 phones into a single Family Plan
without much hassle, and also port over a number or two at that time?
Thanks,
how to select CSD access on v18008 Jun 2005 11:43 GMT1
How do I get my V180 to use a specific CSD dialup setting rather than
the default GPRS? As it came from Cingular there's a GPRS setting and 2
CSD settings, one to WAP@CINGULAR.COM and one to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM .
So far, I believe, it's using GPRS which charges me for the data. ...
V551 USE AS A MODEM TO CONNECT TO MY ISP08 Jun 2005 11:38 GMT1
I just got my v551 and am wondering about being able to use it as a modem
for my laptop, connecting either by bluetooth or by the usb cable, to call
my own isp to connect to the internet and just minutes on my plan and not
some other paid service.  I just called cingular and talked ...
