Motorola T193 to V18001 Sep 2005 00:37 GMT6
I just received my V180 upgrade from Cingular. It came with a new SIM. I
would like to know what differences to expect between using the old SIM and
the new one. I can see that the new one wouldn't contain my phonebook and
settings, but what else should I look for. Thanks.

Way around the charge to get my VM?31 Aug 2005 07:47 GMT5
Former AT&T customer with free M-M minutes which allowed me, or free,
to grab my VM.  Now, I've been migrated to Cingular, and I am being
charged for my VM retrieval calls.  Seems when I am trying to call my
VM number, I'm actually calling a VM "server" number?

Erase SIM Card Phone Book Entries on Razr V330 Aug 2005 22:31 GMT8
The Cingular rep nicely ported phone number entries from my old Noki
SIM card to my new Razr V3 yesterday.  It unfortunately doubled th
number of entries (made 1 phone book entry for each contac
detail..cell, home, fax, etc).  I'd rather just erase the address boo
confused about Cingular data plans30 Aug 2005 21:52 GMT21
Since my "Media Net Pay Per Use" plan apparently only allows the phone
(WAP.CINGULAR.COM), but not a tethered computer (ISP.CINGULAR.COM), access
to the internet, I asked the support person to sign me up for tethered
GPRS access.  A session with that used 3MB in 22 minutes ...

Roaming Charge Dispute While in St. George Utah -  Anyone Else?30 Aug 2005 19:57 GMT13
I just got my Cingular bill which included $158 in roaming charges
while I was in St. George, Utah for a week last month.  Problem is
that I called Cingular before I left Southern California to verify
that I would be not subject to roaming charges on my cell phone plan.

I have a V180 phone since December last year as a Xmas gift. I can't
wait until the 1 yr anniversary to toss this phone away.
I live in zipcode 85044, less than 3/4 miles from a Cingular store, and
<2 miles from I10 freeway. I get 1-2 bars inside the house, and 0-1 bar
