I posted several months about loosing 30% of my Sprint coverage area in
North Texas and may have to consider switching over to Cingular.
Apparently Sprint lost its analog roaming partnership in that area as

I have plan to switch from Sprint to Cingular very soon, here are my
questions
1- If I choose  450/5000 mintes plan, later on deside to upgrade to
900/Unlimited mintes, I have to sign another 2-years contracts?

Is there any way to have a text message go to two phones with two numbers.

"Unused Anytime Minutes expire after the 12th billing period."
Does this mean that the month I "added to rollover minutes" counts as
one month towards the 12 month expiration (11 month rollover) OR does
the 12 month clock start with the month after I added (a true 12 months

Does anyone have the schedule for when the different Cingular/ATT markets
are phasing out TDMA?
Please let me know or where to find that information.

If you go to Settings > Personalize you will find item called
"Greeting" where you can enter text. How is it being used? How can

Signed up last Monday. Two of the three phones I wanted were onl

there. Printed out the confirmation page for both orders, and receive
e-mail confirmations with my order numbers as well. Several days later

I have a Motorola V180 and recently learned about the Pay as You Go
Media Net. I signed onto Aim and I can send Instant Messages but

O.k. So the CS rep. at Cingular claims that they will give me the
unlock code for my RAZR but only after 3 months of continuous service.

cheaper AT&T plans to more expensive Cingular plans is not the first choice
of many posters.
I'm still on a low-cost AT&T plan with an old Nokia 5165 TDMA phone.
