How in the world can I get Cingular to stop the MMS spam I am getting?  I
can't even get to their tech support.  They tell me I can't call till Monday
which is unbelievable to me.  Anyway I get about 30 messages a day that are
spam all coming from a few addresses@pm.sprint.com.  ...

there.  It's hard to dispute that.  Twenty cents a minute on all cards, one
year expiration on all cards, voice mail & all that stuff, and uses the
Cingular network, no roaming charges, etc..  One thing I ...

Signal strength update06 Dec 2005 07:48 GMT3
The upshot is that I spoke to the manager at the Cingular store here in
Allentown PA.  He told me that all the phones are manufactured to the same
FCC standards so that in theory, one is no better than another in signal
strength.  Then he told me that is BS.  He said first, with ...

I need a data cable for my Samsung SGH-X497. Already have the software, just

like thier cable is serial, not USB? Is there a place where I can get a USB

Any telecomm experts out there? Coverage04 Dec 2005 17:21 GMT4
My cingular coverage is almost perfect in my area...except in my
backyard and thereabouts. Works perfectly in the house but when
I step outside, right outside of the room I was just having a
perfectly good call in, it breaks up and stays that way for at
Samsunx X427M phonebook icons04 Dec 2005 16:02 GMT1
Relatively new Samsung X427M. I put phone book entries in the SIM,

number.
Two problems with this approach.

#1310 on their phone and the call would be routed to a specific 800#
where they could enroll in a sweepstakes the station was running.
Does anyone know if this type of call routing feature is for sale from
