A few months ago a friend of mine switched to Cingular and purchased a Treo
650. He got the Razr V3 for his wife. He claims that his wifes Razr gets
reception in places that he can't get anything with his Treo. Is this
possible or is their a problem with his Treo?

Both of my daughters V180s have lost the screen function and we are
beyond the 12 month warranty period.  Cingular says to re-up the
contract for 2 more years for a free replacement (no way!) or give them
$100 and they will give me something that will work.  My questions are:

I'll be leaving Cingular since I now get a free Nextel through my job.
I have a Samsung x427 that I would like to sell on eBay after I move
my number to the Nextel.

Twice I've had voicemails left for me that did not appear until 2 to 5

Can I activate the Fastforward mode without plugging into the FF Cradle? I
would like to setup additional phone numbers for FF while i'm on the road. I
know that you can cancle the FF without the cradle via dialing fron the
keypad.

In my area (West TN) if you called someone on a land line with caller id it
would show your cell number and for the name would show the City and State
for the exchange. Like my number is 731-549-XXXX and it would show Scotts
Hill, TN or 731-733-XXXX - Parsons, TN and so on.  Well ...

Well I got bluetooth talking between my cell and PC.  I can see the
phone book and copy it to the computer.
I can hookup, pair and start service fine.  Using the Samsung PC Studio
II software I can even pull up the phoneboock and schedule OK.

I recently moved to a new residence and cannot get a decent signal there.
The low signal was verified by the customer service rep at Cingular.
However, she told me that my only options were to go to a lower-priced
plan, to find someone else who would take over my contract, or to pay ...

I just won an auction for a Sony Ericsson W600i phone on Ebay and I noticed
that the phone is locked.  I have Cingular coverage currently and the phone
is Cingular issue and comes with a new Cingular SIM card.  Will I be able
just to put my SIM card in and enjoy, or do I have to ...

In the news media I keep on seeing/hearing the phrase "Wire Tapping" in the
context of the current issue about NSA doing same without warrants  - as if some
guys were plugging into people's phone lines and recording the conversation as
on a recent cover of "The Week" mag.
