Yesterday, I started to buy a Motorola V557 at Best
Buy in San Francisco, for a new Cingular account.

If I use my RAZR, and Motorola Phone Tools to connect my old Notebook to
the WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM, the max connection I can get is 115KB, using the
same setup on my Desktop PC, i get 230KB, would this be caused by my
Notebook having an older USB (I think its v1.0) connection? ...

My daughter has a Motorola V551 and she uses a Bluetooth USB Adapter to
transfer pictures from her phone to her laptop.  She had been doing it
successfully for several months, but now for some reason she can't get it to
work.  The computer seems to recognize the phone all right, ...

I would definitely check that the "smart key" is not the cause.  The way to do this is to see if the call made was the LAST voice activated call using either the fone or the bluetooth headset.  This did happen to me.  If so, you may want to clear that list and/or disable voice ...

Is there a way to increase the volume on a V551 handset above that level
originally programmed?  Do third party firms or Motorola perform this
service?  Does anyone have a source or web site?

How come every other phone has a volume control on the outside of the
case and also in the software but this phone doesnt?
I used Q-Tips today and still the volume is LOW on this phone, Did
Cingular have a bad shipment of these ,  because I had two of these

I found the instructions on how to extend the ring time for a call to go to
voicemail.  It says to enter my voicemail # (not my cell phone #).  It said
to find my voicemail # to do a query, but it doesn't say how to do a query.
How do I do a query on a black V3 Razr?
