Can you convert the videos from the K700i to standard formats via free
software, or am I going to have to pay for QuickTime?

you call someone, can you turn on the speakerphone while the phone is
ringing?  I noticed on the z500a that you couldn't do this.  You had to
wait until the person picked up before you could turn the speakerphone

I bought this mobile phone yesterday, but I was in such a rush that I didn't
charge the battery first for 4 hours, but turned it on right away! Then I
waited untill it was completely low to recharge it. Will this affect the
battery, how long it lasts?

I'm planning to update firmware on my K700i.
