"Network Busy" in Ottawa for the last 2 days06 Nov 2004 19:32 GMT3
I've been getting this message everywhere I've gone for the last two
days.  It seems to occur in the evenings and I've experienced it in
the Market, at UOttawa, at Lincoln Fields... everywhere.  I had to
leave my phone redialing for 40 minutes last night (around 10pm)

Would setting up an on-line petition which would then be handed over to
Industry Canada, asking to preserve Fido for the sake of competition and
affordable mobile phone service be worth doing ?
Or is the dog already at the SPCA waiting to be put down by Rogers with
