A while back, Siemens sold its money losing mobile division to Taiwan's
BENQ.
BENQ keps it separate (BENQ Mobile). Now, BENQ Mobile is expected to
file for insolvency within hours/days.

When I enter *#06# into a Siemens or Sony Ericsson phone, it will
return the IMEI.  Is this a standard code and, if so, what are these
codes called and is there a list of others?

I'm pretty new at this. I have a Nokia N93 and would like to connect it
through my router to my home network. Could anyone point me to any
instructions on how to do this. I am with Fido but would like to avoid
the  3 cents per minute if possible. It mounts up too fast and is
