I'll be leaving for the Far East in 2 weeks (Hanoi, Hong Kong and Seoul) and
was wondering how to best make and receive calls from my family in the
United States.
I have the T610 GSM phone from Sony Ericsson and a TMobile account here. I'm

Just picked up a Nokia 3595 from t-mobile. Nice little unit, and it was
free... (kind of).
Anyway, the rep at the TM store said it was single band, 1.9 ghz.
However, I just looked through the instuction manual and it said dual

Can anybody comment on how good the GSM 1800Mhz coverage is in and
around Moscow, Russia (Scherbinka & Podolsk, too)? The phone I'm going
to have there doesn't do 900Mhz. Thanks.

I get NO CARRIER message when dialing a number.
