Intouchglobal in Reston VA USA is touting Monaco Plus GSM prepaid service. They used to sell -- well, let me rephrase that -- they are STILL selling SWISSCOM's Easyroam SIMs despite the fact that Easyroam will be dead after Nov 30, 2004.
