This is not only about arabic language
If I want to send SMS using a GSM modem in characters that are not
listed in the GSM default charset . how should I encode them ?

I'm looking to get a cell phone and have pretty much decided on
Cingular GSM.  However, I don't really like any of their phones (the
only one they had I liked was the Samsung SGH-s307 and it was $250,

The clock will stop when the battery is removed and has to be reset after

can anyone help me with the voicemail number for the above phone on
t-mobile. It was purchased second hand & unlocked & does accept all
simcards. However when i try to access the voicemail it by default goes to
the original voicemail group of Orange. I think im needing to change the
