Usenet-client Midlet ?31 Jan 2004 21:36 GMT2
Does anyone know of a working usenet-client midlet ? I've already tried

know of the WebViewer and EmailViewer midlets made by ReqWireless.
I would have thought a usenet-client would be a useful thing to have on a

Does anyone have an idea how much it will cost if I took my Attws GSM phone
to Brazil or a month? I live in California, and I have a national calling
plan, but I know that doesn't mean much for international travel.
I'm sure it would just be cheaper to get a calling card sim and pop ...

I am going to Western Europe for about a month and would like to have
a cellphone. I have seen deals in the US for phones, but the seem very
expensive. Can I just buy a prepaid service when I get there? Can I
take a US GSM phone and just buy a prepaid SIM?

I've started a new website and would like to have help listing phones.  At
the bottom of the page, you'll see a phone matrix, where you can send mail
listing your phone's specs.  Please take a look, and if your phone isn't
listed, let me know what your phone's specs are.  I will ...

Poor Voice Quality of CDMA is GSM Better?24 Jan 2004 23:50 GMT4
I am currently debating to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon.  The only
reason I am considering switching is the dropped calls or no signals
from using T-mobile.  I currently could not have 5 minute conversation
while at my APT.  But works (Nokia 6610) great on the ground floor.  I

I have a USB SIM card reader. Is there any way i can get hold of SMS
messages on the sim that have been deleted?
I hear you can dump the contents of the sim and this shows some messages
that have not been overwritten on the card yet.
