The code was 730-99, three BCCHs - with CellIDs 1001, 1002 and 1003 and LAC
1001. Timing advance information suggested the base station(s) ...

I have been a long time AT&T user and switched early to AT&T's GSM network.  A
few years ago my daughter was on a trip at the fringe of AT&T coverage but
clearly within the bounds on the map.  She nevertheless was charged $75 in
roaming charges for her calls.  When I called customer ...

HELP: anyone out there know how v.32 GSM data calls work please?21 Jul 2004 13:29 GMT3

early connects. This problem isn't related to the terminal adaptor at
AT&T Again20 Jul 2004 12:49 GMT2
I have been on the phone with customer service now for 109 minutes.  They admit
that they made a $103.99 on my bill but they cannot make adjustments larger
than $34.99.  I am working my way up the supervisor path.
This gives new meaning to the term "Customer Service".
