When I roam on other service providers, what kind of IP address do I get
when I connect with GPRS Internet? Is it my provider's or the roaming
partners' ? What about the limitations (e.g. my provider blocks inbound
ports)?

Do nearby base station cells in a GSM network have exactly the same
frame timing or do they offset their frame times from one another?
Also do different sectors in the same base station cell offset their
frame timing from one another?

Is it at all possible to send characters from the above standard, that
