I gather that gsm operator can descramble the message and then give it to the
police if it was required so I thought I could use my own additional scrambling.
Are there any devices of that kind available ? Are they installed inside the phone
or not ? Where could I find more info ...

I want to copy SIM card phonebooks from one SIM card to another.
(Two different phone numbers and SIM cards, but I want to them to
have the same phonebook entries.)
I know that some SIM card readers are Mac OS X compatible but
