I have a problem where my new (less than6 months old) will occasionally power off. There is no rhyme or reason to this and nothing I do can make it happen. Is this normal for the 720 or do I have to get another phone Your input is appreciataed

Couldn't find any information on unlocking this phone, but had a question: 1. So, to unlock this phone, I would need to use one of the unlocking services? Correct? There isn't any special software that I could use, or any special key codes...

I have a new T720 about 2 months old. The standby time is supposed to be 69-343 hours. I get about 65 hours max. Is there a way to make the time longer by shuting off features or do I need a bigger battery??

After help from this forum I finally managed to get my Windows 2000 laptop to see my TP280i as a modem and successfully connect to the internet. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that - while connected - the phone will still receive voice calls.

I bout a v60i for use on Verizon from a friend who had previously used it on Alltel. The phone works just fine, except *228 never works. I always get a system message saying that the update failed, cannot proceed, etc.
