I have heard several times of people who called VZW customer service and
had their defective T720 swapped for a totally different phone. Has
anyone had any experience in this? I've had 4 different T720's and had
problems with all four.

I noticed my battery meter sometimes reads 3/4 full only a short time after coming off the charger. I turn it off and back on and it reads full all day long and into the night. It is the real small thin battery and I cannot believe that it would be showing a full charge for over ...

I went to my VZW tech desk the other day, told them all about what I've
been reading in here.  My T-720 had the first ever version!  They
flashed it to the latest 720 ware, and I convinced them to load the 730
version.  Guess what?  WORKS GREAT!!!  First test with the 1100MAH
