I have just installed MPT 1.23c, then installed/updated to Motorola Mobile
PhoneTools 2.16. After installation I tried to update like it tells you to
do, but I get the error winInet error code : 12029.

Just discovered something new about Moto's predictive text on V500
series phones. If it thinks you're entering a mixed alphanumeric string
it will guess what it it. So if you enter jkl/tuv/ghi it will offer you
5th. How cool is that? In your face T9!

at the moment I can get the phone to transfer pictures using phone bluetooth

I've got a bluetooth dongle and installed the software, it can find my phone
but will only install the services Dial-up networking gateway, voice
gateway, obex object push & obex file transfer.
When I try to connect using mobile phone tools I just can't get anything?!?!
