Recently bought new V600 which came packaged with HS801 headset.... the handsfree was bloody awful - constant echo experienced by all callers to the phone... neither O2 nor Motorola offered any practical solution beyond stating that they thought it was faulty and would exchange for ...

Hey all, Does anyone know where I can get a new housing/case for my V60i? The top housing (speaker/display side) is cracking near the base and I'm sure that it's going to fully break off soon. I've read this is common for this phone

| V600 SMS - why the 450 character setting?? | 12 Jul 2004 07:50 GMT | 1 |
Am used to seeing warning when I have typed over 160 characters... seems that the V600 has an odd arrangement whereby it counts down from 450 characters and does NOT warn you that you are sending a message split over 2 or more SMS messages until you actually SEND the message!! ...

| Hands-Free Kit (98413) for V400 ?? | 11 Jul 2004 07:53 GMT | 4 |
One of the reasons I got a V400 was because it has a built-in speakerphone. However, since it does not even give you the opportunity to engage this feature until a call has been connected (i.e. dialed and answered), it is virtually useless as a hands-free device in a moving car. So ...

| Web surfing using V525 | 10 Jul 2004 23:43 GMT | 6 |
Is it possible to surf the web using the V525, a bluetooth laptop and GPRS? I know the 'phone hasn't a built-in modem, so is there anyway? I've seen posts where this seems possible with a V600, but I'm not sure.

| V600 - set up to default to non-GPRS? | 10 Jul 2004 20:07 GMT | 2 |
Firstly I am sure that other users have voiced same opinion here but the handbook for the V600 is the worst excuse for a handbook I have ever had the misfortune of reading - it is APPALLING! Talk about lost-in-translation.... When connecting to WAP (I assume that WAP protocol is ...
