New at goofing with the phones.  But can you make your own ringtones and wallpaper/screensavers from mp3's and jpg you have on the pc.  If so what software is needed and what hardware is needed.

I have recently upgraded to a Motorola V3 and I am absolutely disgusted
by the "Ringer ID" settings on this phone.
It is insane that the same "Ringer ID" is used for calls and messages.
No other phone I have used with personalised ringtones has this limitation.

Well as a current Moto V600 and Nokia 6310i user, not to mention several
