I just got this phone and wonder if it's possible to upload the pictures it takes to my PC harddrive. The rep gave me a USB cord but when I plug it in the PC asks for the installation software. The CD that came with the phone, of course, doesn't have it.

My Motorola V545 supports mp3 ringtones. I've reencoded a couple to 32kbps and about a minute in length but I can't get them onto my phone. I've tried Mobile Phonetools and it doesn't want to transfer any files at all, mp3 or midi as every file I try it says it is an unsupported ...

I was and believe still am an AT&T customer but with this merger with Cingular my phone a V600 now says Cingular as opposed to AT&T. My question is this, as a consumer what are my rights? I signed up a contract with AT&T but now have Cingular.
