I was reviewing old messages on how to use my v551 as a modem and saw
that I needed to activate a $3.99 wireless internet package (Cingular)
that would give me CSD. All I really need is the CSD and then I can
dial up my ISP. However, now talking to Cingular, they are saying that

I was looking at purchasing MPT but have a question I was hoping
someone could answer for me before I buy it.  Does the software support

I have a Motorola V180 and some JAVA games for it on my hard drive.  What
program is used to transfer them onto the V180 via usb cable?  I've heard
that MPT does will not do this.

My daughter's 551 has suddenly reduced the volume in the earpiece. The
speakerphone still seems to work OK and the ringer volume is unaffected.
