What is up with this 'you know what' software?  Everytime I try to
launch "multimedia studio", nothing wants to work!  I click it and
nothing happens, then I unplug the phone from the PC and then it opens
but then says it lost my connection with my phone.  So I plug it back

I bought an antenna, dash bracket and the hang up cup for my wife's
car.  Her car has uconnect which works great with the v551, so I don't
need the rest of the pro installation kit.  I'd like to use the hang up
cup just for power/charging and the antenna connection.
