When taking a photo with the RAZOR BLK V3 and then attempting to send it to
another cell phone, is there any neat tricks or the best way to send them to
another phone. After the attempt is made my phone will show a message unable
to send.

I am already aware of "monster packs" which replace the entire firmware of the fone to add video and many other features to the fone.  Is there a way to use hex editing to add just 2 features without a monster pack?  Specifically, I am comfortable with hex editing if I could add ...

For some reason, even in my HOME area.  The v60 seems to sometimes
enter roaming mode.  Is there a way I can shutoff roaming.  I went
through the settings menu and could not find the option to disable it.
