In my search for a desktop charger for my A780 spare batteries, I came

As these phones appear (from searching the battery number on accessory

I set up the music sync software that I got with the VCast Music
Essential Kit. I installed the drivers and WMP10.
After I choose a playlist to sync to my phone in WMP10, my USB is
connected also but it does not recognize the device (phone/V3m) I get
