Ordered a razr v3xx. What do I need to look for in a microSD?

Can't get my Motorola V3 connected with my Vista laptop.
Both with bleutooth and USB!!

The displays are not working now. Damn! I really loved this phone. Is there
an easy fix?  If i need to replace it I'd want a Moto flip phone of some
type. Are the Razrs any good?

I need help navigating the menu, I stepped on my wife's V3 mobile phon
and cracked the main screen! She now has a new phone so I want to ge
all the saved pics contacts etc off the V3 onto our PC, as I can't se
the screen I need to navigate the menu by pressing buttons and countin

The Razr V8 I was using had to to go in  for repair. I started using an old
V547 we had and like it. Its tough.
I have been using the latest version of phone tools to back up the Razr to
Outlook Contacts. 1 file for phone, 1 for sim.

I recently was had to replace a computer and could not find what I
wanted with Microsoft XP on it so was obliged to go with Vista. Don't
like it for several reasons, but guess I'll get used to it.
