How can I check if it works without having to install a different SIM card?

I was having problems with my V3r, so I did a master clear and a master reset. After this I get a signal but no sound.

I have a razor V3i. Every time I plug it in to charge it, the ring option
changes to the "Loud" mode. I would like it to stay in the mode I have it
in"Vibe & Ring" and not change every time I plug the thing in to charge. Is

I need some help with my daughter's phone. My 10-yr old son decided to
change her password and now he forgets what it is.  Does anyone know
how to bypass this or change it?  The phone is useless without the
