Nextel Plans22 Nov 2003 06:21 GMT2
I was just wondering, what time do Nextel's night minutes start?  I was
just in a mall in Bismarck, North Dakota, and Extend America is up and
running.  The only two plans I was presented with as an end-consumer
(they apparently have different plans for businesses) are the ...
Nationwide PTT?21 Nov 2003 22:50 GMT3
I have visited boostmobile.com's site but I do not qualify for their service
as I live in York, PA.  I have also visited Nextel's site and I see mention
of a $10 unlimited Nationwide PTT plan.  Could anybody clarify this for me,
maybe I am misreading it.  Could I just go to a Nextel ...

I have checked out the manufacture sites, manuals, etc. of different
phones that have speakerphones built in to them but have not been able to

Has anyone switched from an i90c to an i730? If so, any and all feedback
would be appreciated. As I am using the web interface more and more,
color might be nice.
Thanks, Scott
Download Cards and Serial Data Cable Dilemma17 Nov 2003 23:41 GMT3
I tried to use the Download Cards in order to download "things" onto the
Nextel i730 Phone--It didn't work (apparently, those cards were for use
with the i95cl and i90c only).  Furthermore, when I tried to download
via Cable, it kept on giving me error messages.  Is there a ...
Gainesville, FL coverage?17 Nov 2003 23:18 GMT2
I am thinking of switching carriers.  Can you tell me how the GSM coverage
is in Gainesville & North Florida in general?  Are you satisfied with the
company in general?
Thanks in advance... Bruce
Special Rate Plans17 Nov 2003 07:11 GMT2
Does NexTel offer any specialized plans or just what they have listed on
their web site.  I don't see any local plans listed.  I need a plan with
about 400 mins with about 1000 DC mins and unlimited N&W.  Can I call NexTel
and get a customized plan.  Thanks
Direct Connect Rewards Program?17 Nov 2003 07:09 GMT2
My sister-in-law told me about an awards program that allows you to
accumulate points for using Direct Connect! You accumulate ponting for
each direct connect minute you use and can exchange them for clocks
and powertools. I guess I never paid attention to my bill recently and
i90 keeps ringing16 Nov 2003 23:03 GMT2

calls, the display says "take call from ??"  you choose yes, and it keeps
ringing WHILE YOU ARE TALKING to the new person?  either ringing or
vibrating based on the choice i have set at the time.  very annoying ...

POLL: The features you demand from a Nextel Phone15 Nov 2003 02:28 GMT1
Aside from iDEN-Ready and Direct Connect Feature, I would like to know
the "buying factors" that make you purchase a particular Nextel Phone in
addition to the iDEN-based Network PLUS Nextel Direct Connect (This will
also apply to SouthernLINC Phones as well because SouthernLINC ...
Packet Stream Gold15 Nov 2003 00:58 GMT8
Has anyone ever tried the packet stream gold option from Nextel?  How does
it work?  How fast is it?  Is it worth $54.oo a month?  I currently have the
$10.00 dial up plan and it is very painfully slow.
