someone in your contacts list without opening the cover on an i730 phone?

Is there any way to turn off the low battery alert on the i730?  It always
seems to go off in the middle of the night for me.

Took the i710 in to D&E in Oakland Park, FL. for gps upgrade because it
didn't work.
Was told I have the latest software sorry but some work and some don't we
don't know why.

i have webjal and when i go to connect to my phone i get a message
that states the application was unable to get the required phone
information. please check your cable prefrences. I have checked them
