I am one year into a two year plan.  I currently have an i530 with with
Nextel Local Instant Connect 500.  I am considering moving up to an i315.
The webpage shows the price of $134.99 for education/government accounts.
If I were to do this, are they likely to renew a two year ...

It looks like they will be changing me at work from an i1000Plus to an i530.
Is there anyone here that has made the same transition?  Any suggestions?
Also, with the 600 contacts, does that mean that each of the 600 contacts
can have a home number, work number, DC  number, etc.?

I just ordered the iDEN "A-GPS" Software Upgrade Kit.  Can the data cable
that comes with it be used for updating the address book if I can find

Does Nextel serve the areas of Cancun, Cozumel, Belize City, and Roatan
Island in the western Carribena?  We are going on a cruise in April and were
wondering if anyone knew of Nextel's coverage in these areas of the western
Carribean.

The Nextel manual with the i530 says you dial your phone number and then listen to the instructions.
All I get is a busy signal and the line hangs up.  Sent an email to Nextel customer service 3 days
ago and got no reply.
