Is there a final verdict on the possiblity (or not) of flashing a 7250 to a
7250i?

I have a Nokia 9292 Communicator (v. 5.70 OS) and had a question about my connection speed
when using a WWW access point.  For some reason, I only ever seem to connect at 9600, even
though I'm trying to specify a 28.8K Analog connection in the WWW access point definition:

I managed to unlock my 7650 with a +1# code.
Is a +1 unlock sufficient enough to class the phone as sim free?
(In the sense that I could now sell it on ebay as sim free)
