Are pay as you go price plans linked to sim cards or to phones? e.g. I

As subject. I have used a DAU-9P with a 7110 and it seems to fit and
work perfectly with logomanager and fonesync but the listed data cable
on nokia's site is the DLR-3P. So, are there any technical or physical
differences between these two cables??

i have an operator logo i made on photoshop by copying the proportions of a
logo i found on a website.
where/how can i now get the logo from my computer to my phone without
spending any (or very very little) money?

Is the silver screen surround on the 7110 metal? It certainly looks
and feels like it!

The part that you connect the charger into on my phone is bust, written on
it is mch 30225 20 1a2.1. It is light coloured.
Where is the best place to get one? Without it I cannot charge my phone.

I have a Nokia 6600 and a Jabra BT200, (both about 2 weeks old)  trouble is
the battery time on the headset only lasts for 3-4 hours in normal use. Is
this right or wrong?

I have a Nokia CARK-91 hands free kit which works well with my 6210.
The main box has a modem cable socket, will this enable me to connect to
internet with my laptop?
I currently have to find a phone point, would be better & more useful to use

A friend of mines has given me his barred Nokia 7250 (Blacklisted!!). Can
this phone now only be used for spares or is there a way to re-set it?

I have recently just got a Nokia 6100 and was wondering is it possible
to delete ringtones that i had sent to the phone over the internet by
using any sort of datacable and software. I have looked around menus
on the phone and it appears that they can't be deleted this way.

My Nokia 8250 has started to play up. It freezes constantly and it's gotten
so bad that it is now useless.
I wonder if master resetting the phone could fix the problem. Though i'm
sure how to do this.

I've got the Nokia 3410 and I can't change the phone number associate
with the key 1. (I've changed from operator but it is still the old
number that is dialled when I press 1).
can anybody please help me ?
