I want to buy a Nokia 3560 or 6560 TDMA phone without an accompanying plan. AT&T retail stores won't sell one that way. I am already on the prepaid plan with a 5165, but I'd like to upgrade my phone. The AT&T retail store will activate my new phone - if I can get it.

Had my 3310 opened to all networks but when I try my o2 sim card in it, the signal's awful and sometimes non existent. When I try the same sim in another phone, it's fine. Is there any way to tweak the reception on the phone. Thanks in advance.
