Just a quick question about Nokia phones.
I know that the Nokia 6600 has personalised Ringtones, but i'm just
wondering if any other phones in the Nokia phones have the ability to
download your own midi ringtones onto the phones. I don't mean getting

I have a Nokia 5100 and Windows 2000. I just downloaded and installed PC
Suite 5 from Nokia website but couldn't get the connection (via laptop's
IR) working.
The symtoms are these:

Just bought this phone so don't know so many features..
How to change Wallpaper in Noikia 6610 and my application folder is
empty, what kind of applications can I download and from where??....
sorry for so many question..

Why is  Nokia Phone Suite not compatible with any external IRDA USB
adapter...at least it is not according to the service rep.

I have an Ambicom BT 2000 usb dongle on my pc and am using it with 2
BT enabled phones: A Nokia 3650 and a Sony/Ericsson T610. When
connected to the Sony from the pc, I can open the OBEX File Transfer
folder and see files on the phone from the pc using only the software

Does anyone know how to suppress the calling line number?  It was easy on
the old Nokia phone but I haven't figured it out on this one.

Receives calls ok
Makes calls ok
Receives text messages ok

I've been searching for a program that can add the auto key lock to my 6600.
Anyone got a link to share?

Here is a strange one that none of my mates see with their 7250i phones.
I have just upgraded my wife's phone from a T100 to a 7250i - she has taken
some photos using the camera, but when she chooses to set one of these as
the background, the phone resets itself - reboots and ...

I loaned my 6310 to a friend for a few months.
He has returned it and now it is asking for a security code when powered on.
The default code (12345) doesn't work. Person who borrowed it has no idea
of what they have done to it.

I am thinkin bout gettin a new phone. I currently have an NGage. It's ok,
but I gotta tell ya, the odd shape is gettin on my nerves. The fact that
the case currently designed for it is made for gamers first and users
second drives me nuts. They could have easily had another case ...

    Hoping someone can help me out here as the situation has baffled me so
far. The situation is:
6310 (V5.01) connected to PC using genuine Nokia data cable, allegedly on
COM2

There is anyone who knows if and how is possible to upgrade an old symbian
os to a newer for nokia 3650?
