How to chanche the operator logo ?

I'm having some trouble unlocking my 3585i.  It's currently registered
with Sprint, I have the software to find the codes, but i'm getting
stuck at the beginning.  I know I need my IMEI code, but I can't find
it on my phone.  It's not listed under the battery, and I've also

I have not used the phone in ages and put a new sim card in.  The default
code of 12345 does not work and I have tried many other possibilities.
Is there a way to find this code with my data cable and software?

I've bought a code and my phone tells me that the sim is not restricted, but
when I put in the sim card it still wants a security code, I tried 12345 but
it didn't work, what am I doing wrong

How do you do it??? I've looked through all the options, but can't find
anyway to delete it! I'm guessing you need an uninstall file, but where can
I find it? There's nothing on their site about uninstalling Fastchat :(

When I try to use SIM MENU it goes forword quite well.
After that I want to go back a Menu just before..
