i installed a software for typing arabic messages in 3650.

Hi, if I enter the unlock code for say a 3390 or a 5190 and I get the message
"sim not restricted" and a check mark, does that mean that the phone is now
unlocked for any gsm carrier?

Okay, I bought a nokia 3595 on ebay that was supposedly unlocked. Well, its
