is it posible to send my phone book via infa red or do i have to use a cable

On my 7610 when I play one of the installed ring-tones the phone comes with
it plays it and then hiccups (cant think of any other way to put it) every 6
seconds or so.  It reminds me very much of the early days of playing a cd on
my pc and it halting temporary as if it were catching ...

Is this available... where?

How many times can you input a forgoten security code? I mean phone security
code, not SIM code.

I have the following NOKIA 3110 and it is locked so that only T-MOBILE Cards
