Hi there, is there any way to back up text messages on a pc so that they are
clearly readable on the PC? I have a 7650 and after doing a data backup as
far as I can see they are backed up to the folder
D:Nokia/user/backup/internal/system/mail/00001001_S and then in sub folders

Was going for a 6600 originally but I have just noticed the 6230 which has
some more of the features I would like to see in a phone (FM radio etc).
Anyone used the 6230 and is it any good compared to the 6600?

Ringtones I dump onto my 6600 in midi format dont play when someone calls
me. Standard nokia tune starts playing instead... is there a file size
restriction on these or amount of channels used or something? Plays other
standard nokia on board midi files perfectly...

I've forgotten the security code to my 6310i. I've tried everything and
I've obviously forgotten the code. It's not the default code.
Is there a backdoor available to reset my security code (i.e. not the

I picked up a Nokia 6230, which is rated for 150-300 hours standby time and
