Is it possible to use either SD or MMC cards in a Nokia 6230?

I have dug an old Nokia 5210 out of a draw and put a T-Mobile SIM in it. It
works fine and I can access all functions. However I want to do a master
reset to clear out all the old settings etc. However I reset the default
security code and cant for the life of me remember it. What ...

It does a full phone backup function, which says it includes 'messages', but
I can't explore the resultant file the backing up process has created. So I
can't check if it's email or SMS or other.
So I have 2 questions:

What is the latest firmware version for the 6230?

I have a SIM that I have used in a couple of Nokia phones including a 6600
