A friend of mine has broken the LCD on his phone without backing the
numbers to the SIM card.
Can anyone tell me the key combination to copy all to the SIM card or
alternatively to turn on infra red so he can read them with the PC

can anyone tell me why I cannot get the phone to vibrate and light up when I
upload mp3 music to it? Is there a a certain frequency tone I have to
include in the mp3 to get the phone to vibrate and light up? Thanks in

Is anyone using a desktop charger with a Nokia 6230?  Nokia's site says
they have no desktop charger, but several cell phone accessory sites
list the DCV-14 as being compatible.  I'd like to confirm that before
trying it myself.

just ordered a 6630 on the basis of being a 3g phone (assumedly with video
calling according to orange upgrade site) only to find out that 2 way video
calling is not possible without purchasing a video calling stand as an
optional extra.  on nokias website they say this brings ...

i bought a used 6820 unlocked, problem is by the menu i can see o2 how doi
get rid of it as im on orange.i can see the word orange in the centre but by
the menu is o2

i have a 6230, i want to connect it to my computer using bluetooth. could i
just buy any bluetooth adapter? e.g. belkin usb? i've seen a belkin one at
pcworld for ?20. or does it have to be a specific mobile one?

Can you send multimedia messages on the pay as you go tariff. My nokia 6230
wont, tried various settings from web. If i use my original Orange sim that
came with the 6230 and select the orange settings i can. I unlocked the
phone to use my vodafone sim, thus keeping my number ...
